Nicole Zlate has been in the mental health field for over 10 years. She is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor, Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor, and Board Approved Clinical Supervisor. She is able to provide clinical supervision for pre-licensed therapists on the LPCC, LPC, and LADC licensure tracks. She has worked in residential and outpatient co-occurring treatment facilities, crisis/suicide hotlines, and secured facilities.

Nicole has worked in a variety of settings including residential and outpatient co-occurring treatment facilities, secured facilities, and crisis centers. She is trained in EMDR and has a lengthy history of providing treatment for individuals with a history of trauma. Additionally, she provides mental health services to address a wide variety of concerns including mood disorders, SPMI, personality disorders, criminality, addictive tendencies, self-harm and suicidality, life transitions, interpersonal skills, boundaries and self-esteem, and emotions management. She also specializes in working with first responders, military, and others in high stress occupations addressing burnout, trauma, work stressors, depression, and relational issues.
